2. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Once you have purchased a subscription to access our premium TradingView indicators, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with indicator performance or results
  • Misunderstanding of the product or its features
  • Technical issues with your own device, internet connection, or TradingView account
  • Market performance, trading losses, or unprofitable trades
  • Inability to use the indicators due to lack of TradingView account or compatible subscription

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all transactions are final and non-refundable.

3. Subscription Billing and Indicator Access

Our subscription service operates as follows:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Billed monthly on a recurring basis. No refunds will be issued for any billing cycle, including partial months. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain indicator access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Billed annually on a recurring basis. No refunds will be issued for any billing cycle, including partial years. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain indicator access until the end of your current billing period.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

4. Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before purchasing, please ensure you understand:

  • The features and limitations of our premium TradingView indicators
  • That you have a compatible TradingView account to access the indicators
  • That our indicators are educational tools and do not guarantee profits or trading success
  • That all subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased
  • That past performance is not indicative of future results
  • That trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone

5. Cancellation Process

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to subscription settings
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Or contact our support team for assistance

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all premium TradingView indicators until the end of your current billing period. After that, your indicator access will be automatically revoked. No refund will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Trademate N.V. management. These circumstances may include:

  • Technical errors that prevent indicator delivery or access despite proper setup
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors on our part
  • Unauthorized charges due to account compromise

Any refund requests under exceptional circumstances must be submitted to our support team with detailed documentation. We reserve the right to investigate and make final determinations on a case-by-case basis.

7. What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain access to all premium TradingView indicators until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your account after the current period ends
  • Your indicator access will be automatically revoked at the end of the billing period
  • You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your current billing period

You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to the premium indicators.

8. Service Interruptions

In the event of significant service interruptions or indicator downtime caused by Trademate N.V. that prevent access to the indicators for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, issue account credits or extend subscription periods. However, this does not include:

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView platform outages or technical issues)
  • Scheduled maintenance periods (when advance notice is provided)
  • Problems caused by your internet connection, device, or TradingView account issues
  • Market closures or trading halts
  • Indicators functioning as designed but not meeting your expectations or profit goals

Service credits or extensions, if granted, do not constitute a refund and are provided at our sole discretion.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of this agreement. If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke your access to all premium TradingView indicators
  • Suspend or terminate your account permanently
  • Ban you from future purchases
  • Pursue the dispute with evidence of service delivery and indicator access provision
  • Take legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback

Important: Chargebacks are not an appropriate means to request a refund given our clear no-refund policy. We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to address any concerns or billing issues.

10. Account Termination for Policy Violations

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refund or credit, and your indicator access will be revoked immediately. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing account credentials or indicator access with others
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to copy our indicators
  • Using multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations
  • Abusive behavior toward our support team
  • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes

11. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Please note that Trademate N.V. provides educational premium indicators for trading analysis on TradingView. We do not guarantee profits, specific outcomes, or trading success. Refunds are not provided based on:

  • Trading losses incurred while using our indicators
  • Market performance, volatility, or unpredictable market movements
  • Individual trading decisions made using our indicators
  • Misunderstanding of how the indicators work or their limitations
  • Indicators not meeting your personal profit expectations
  • Differences in indicator performance across different markets or timeframes

All trading involves substantial risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Our indicators are tools to assist your analysis, not guarantees of profitable trades.

12. Changes to This Policy

Trademate N.V. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our subscription service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
